RULE §29.31Preliminary Consistency Review of a Proposed Agency Action

(a) An agency or permit applicant may request and receive a preliminary consistency review of any action listed in §29.11(a) of this chapter (relating to Actions and Rules Subject to the Coastal Management Program) or §29.60 of this chapter (relating to Subdivision Actions Subject to the Coastal Management Program) prior to the agency's proposed action.

(b) A request for preliminary consistency review shall be submitted and processed pursuant to Chapter 28 of this title (relating to Permitting Assistance and Preliminary Consistency Review).
