CHAPTER 353INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
SUBCHAPTER DRULEMAKING PUBLIC HEARINGS OF THE BOARD
RULE §353.54Appearance
(a) Any person who may be affected or is interested in the proposed rule may appear at the public hearing.

(b) A person may appear in person or by his authorized representative.

(c) A person appearing in a representative capacity shall disclose his authority to speak for the person represented.
