RULE §353.85Acceptance of Gifts
(a) All gifts made to the board shall be accepted by the executive administrator.

(b) A majority of the board shall acknowledge acceptance of gifts of $500 or more in an open meeting within 90 days of the date the gift is accepted. The minutes of the board shall reflect the name of the person or entity making the gift, a description of the gift, and a statement of the purpose of the gift.

(c) All gifts will be accepted on behalf of the board. No officers or employees of the board can accept gifts in their individual capacities or receive a personal benefit from gifts.
