SUBCHAPTER BCOST-SHARE ASSISTANCE FOR WATER SUPPLY ENHANCEMENT
RULE §517.37Consultation

The State Board shall consult with:

  (1) The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on fish and wildlife;

   (2) The Texas Water Development Board in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on water quantity; and

   (3) The Texas Department of Agriculture in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on agriculture.
