| (a) Subject to the limitations provided by Texas Water Code, §§26.401 - 26.408 (the Act), and the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 552, information collected, assembled, or maintained by the committee and the member agencies having responsibilities related to protection of groundwater under the Act is a public record open to inspection and copying during regular business hours. (b) Each member agency having responsibilities related to the protection of groundwater under the Act shall maintain a public file of all documented cases of groundwater contamination that are reasonably suspected of having been caused by activities regulated by the member agency. |
