RULE §655.70Conduct and Decorum

(a) Each applicant, attorney or other representative, or member of the public shall behave in all proceedings with dignity, courtesy, and respect for the council and all other participants. Attorneys shall observe and practice the standards of ethical behavior prescribed for the profession by the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.

(b) Upon violation of subsection (a) of this section, any applicant, attorney, or other representative, or member of the public may be excluded by the council from any meeting for such period and upon such conditions as are just, or may be subject to such other just, reasonable, and lawful disciplinary action as the council may prescribe.
