| (a) The department may renew a current offshore aquaculture permit, provided: (1) the applicant has complied with all requirements of this subchapter and permit provisions during the one-year period immediately preceding renewal; (2) the facility is in compliance with all operational and facility standards as reflected in the current permit (including amendments); (3) the applicant has completed and submitted an application for permit renewal; and (4) the applicant has paid the fee prescribed by §53.15 of this title (relating to Miscellaneous Fisheries and Wildlife Licenses and Permits). (b) The department will not renew an expired permit. |
