RULE §57.952Applicability of Other Law
(a) This subchapter may not be construed as authorizing or allowing a person to act in violation of any state or federal law, rule, or regulation.

(b) A PRA issued under this subchapter is not a defense to prosecution for conduct not specifically authorized by the agreement.
