SUBCHAPTER EOPERATION AND LEASING OF PARK CONCESSIONS
RULE §59.108Bond and Insurance
(a) The executive director may require the concessioner to furnish a bond conditioned upon the faithful performance of a contract. When the contract award involves construction or other impacts to the park, the concessioner will be required to obtain a payment bond, in addition to other statutory bonding requirements, and may be required to take other actions to ensure the protection of the interests of the department and the public.

 (b) The concessioner shall carry such liability insurance as deemed appropriate by the department.
