SUBCHAPTER EOPERATION AND LEASING OF PARK CONCESSIONS
RULE §59.109Furnishing Utilities
(a) The department may furnish utilities to the concessioner.

(b) When it is not feasible for the department to meter utilities supplied to the concessioner, a reasonable rate fixed by the department for the concessioner's monthly consumption may be assessed and included in the concession contract terms.
