RULE §65.251Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. All other words and terms shall have the meanings assigned in Subchapter A of this chapter (relating to Statewide Hunting and Fishing Proclamation).

  (1) Dealer--A person who tags bobcat pelts.

  (2) Pelt--The hide or skin of a bobcat, tanned or untanned, whether or not it is still attached to the carcass, but does not include products manufactured from bobcat skins or hides.

  (3) Tag--A permanent, numbered marker issued by the department for marking and identifying bobcat pelts.
