RULE §65.365Management Tag

(a) The department may issue management tags to landowners with a department-approved alligator management plan specifying a harvest quota of alligators six feet in total length or less. Tags are issued upon:

  (1) department approval of an alligator management plan; and

  (2) payment of the fee established in §53.8 of this title (relating to Alligator Licenses, Permits, Stamps and Tags.

(b) All provisions of this subchapter pertaining to tags and tagging also apply to management tags.
