No permit will be granted for a period longer than two years. It is the responsibility of the permittee to file for renewal at least 60 days prior to the termination date of the permit. Each permittee will be required to demonstrate compliance with all provisions of these rules prior to the renewal of a permit. No permit will be renewed unless the permittee has engaged in shall dredging operations in this state during the preceding two-year permit period.
