RULE §69.28Savings Clause

If any word, phrase, sentence, paragraph, section, subsection, or any other part of this subchapter is invalidated or held inapplicable for any reason, the balance of this subchapter shall not be affected thereby, but shall remain in full force and effect to the greatest extent permitted by law.
