SUBCHAPTER GCOMPLIANCE WITH COASTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN
RULE §69.91Consistency

Pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 501 of this title (relating to Coastal Management Program), the actions and rules of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department with regard to the items listed in §505.11(7)(A)-(D) of this title (relating to Actions and Rules Subject to the Coastal Management Program) shall be consistent with the applicable goals, policies, and procedures set forth by the Coastal Coordination Council in Chapters 501 and 505 of this title (relating to Council Procedures for State Consistency with Coastal Management Program Goals and Policies), when such actions or rules may adversely affect a coastal natural resource area as defined in §503.1 of this title (relating to Coastal Management Program Boundary). Specifically, permits or actions authorized by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department related to activities listed in §505.11(7)(A)-(D) shall include the statements and determinations required by §505.30 of this title (relating to Agency Consistency Determination).
