SUBCHAPTER FNEGOTIATION AND MEDIATION OF CONTRACT DISPUTES
RULE §1.368Duty to Negotiate
(a) The parties shall negotiate in accordance with the timetable that is described in §1.369 of this title (relating to Timetable) in attempt to resolve all claims and counterclaims.

(b) No party is obligated to settle with the other party as a result of the negotiation.
