| (a) A depository agent shall submit monthly, quarterly,
and annual reports of all depository transactions not later than the
15th day of the month following the expiration of the period with
respect to which such report is submitted. The comptroller may specify
the forms or formats of the reports required by this section and may
require the reports to be filed electronically.
(b) The periodic reports required under this section
are in addition to the reports required to be submitted in accordance
with Finance Code, Chapter 151.
