| (a) A state agency using the centralized accounting,
payroll, and personnel system (CAPPS), or any successor system used
to implement the enterprise resource planning component of the uniform
statewide accounting project developed under Government Code, §2101.035
and §2101.036, shall use CAPPS to provide to the comptroller
the contract and purchasing information required pursuant to §5.302
of this title (relating to State Agency Reporting of Contracting Information).
(b) State agencies shall report contract information
as required by the Legislative Budget Board Detailed Contract Reporting
Requirements provided on the Legislative Budget Board web site.
