RULE §7.13Agenda for Board Meetings

(a) The staff, at the direction of the presiding officer, shall prepare the agenda prior to board meetings. Notice of items to be considered shall be filed with the secretary of state as required by law.

(b) Additional items may be included on the agenda upon the written request of one board member, provided such requests are received at least ten days in advance of the board meeting. The written request shall be forwarded to the presiding officer.

(c) If the presiding officer finds that an emergency exists requiring immediate board action, additional items may be added to the agenda in accordance with the open meetings provisions in the Government Code, Chapter 551.
