SUBCHAPTER GPURCHASE OF CREDIT FOR OUT-OF-STATE SERVICE
RULE §25.87Effective Date of Out-of-State Service Credit and Time for Payment
(a) If all other conditions and requirements are met, credit for service will be given immediately upon payment.

(b) Payment may be made for whole years. No smaller payment or payment for part of a year can be accepted except as permitted under the laws and rules authorizing installment payments.
