SUBCHAPTER ARETIREMENT
RULE §29.10Retirement under Options 3 and 4

Retirees who selected Options 3 and 4 who return to employment by a TRS covered employer and forfeit their annuities during the period of employment, which exceeds the period permitted by law do not thereby increase the length of the period for which payments are guaranteed.
