RULE §43.14Briefs

Briefs shall conform, where practicable, to the form requirements of pleadings set out in this chapter. The points involved shall be concisely stated, the allegations in support of each point shall be summarized, and the argument and authorities shall be organized and directed to each point in a concise and logical manner.
