| RULE §47.3 | Review of Orders |
The executive director of TRS or the executive director's designee shall review the order for compliance with requirements imposed by statute or rule. Upon completion of the review, the executive director or the designee shall notify the member or retiree and each alternate payee in writing of the determination. |
