| RULE §47.5 | Orders Not Qualified |
The executive director or the executive director's designee shall provide a written notice of any determination that an order is not a QDRO. The notice shall identify the provisions of the order that do not meet the requirements of applicable statutes or rules and shall explain how the provisions do not meet applicable requirements. |
