CHAPTER 65EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
RULE §65.3Records of the System

(a) The executive director or his/her designee is the custodian of records of the Employees Retirement System of Texas.

(b) The executive director may appoint a staff member to certify to the authenticity of copies of system records.

(c) No charge shall be made for one copy of any public record requested by members of the Legislature in the performance of their legislative duties or if the system determines that furnishing the records without cost can be considered as primarily benefiting the trust fund.

(d) All funds generated from the charges assessed for providing public information and copies of public information shall remain a part of the funds of the system under the administration of the board.
