| RULE §71.13 | Payments to Establish Service Credit--Date Due |
A member may establish service credit under the law and the rate of interest in effect on the date the member applied for credit if payment is made before the application deadline, or if payment is made within 10 days of the date notice of the amount due is mailed to the member at the last known address. |
