| (a) All admission tickets sold or offered for sale by the promoter, or by others acting in his behalf, will be serially numbered or otherwise coded in such a manner so as to be able to determine the days of admission and the number of people that have been admitted at any given time. The promoter will advise the issuing officer at the time of the hearing on the application of the number of tickets known or believed to have been sold and the anticipated number to be sold. (b) The promoter will certify to the sheriff or the issuing officer, upon request, the number of tickets known to have been sold at the time the request is made. (c) The promoter will grant admission to spectators only on the presentation of a valid ticket to the event, and each spectator will be required to present an individual ticket. The promoter will retain all tickets so presented, and will make them available for inspection by the sheriff of the county in which the mass gathering is being held, or by any other peace officer, at any time during the period of time for which the permit is granted, and for 10 days thereafter. |
