RULE §15.87Cancellation of Driver License

The department will cancel a driver license upon confirmation of any of the following:

  (1) nonpayment of fee;

  (2) all applicants suspended in another state;

  (3) death of authorizing signer;

  (4) withdrawal of authorization for a minor;

  (5) mental incapacity;

  (6) some false statement convictions;

  (7) failure to complete a concurrent driver education course;

  (8) license issued to person not entitled thereto.
