Any individual, group, agency, etc., that fails to comply with the provisions of §27.41 and/or §27.42 of this title (relating to Publication of Missing Persons Clearinghouse Photographs; Criteria for Entry into the Missing Persons Bulletin) may be denied any further participation in the Missing Persons Clearinghouse programs. Such denial shall continue until such time as the failure to comply with the previously-stated provisions has been, in the opinion of the Missing Persons Clearinghouse, satisfactorily corrected.
