| RULE §27.62 | Local Data Advisory Boards |
The commissioners court of each county may create a local data advisory board to perform the same duties relating to the juvenile justice information system as the duties performed by a local data advisory board in relation to the criminal history record system under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 60.09. |
