| (a) The department or facility must notify TJJD's certification
office in writing or through TJJD's certification system within 10
calendar days after any of the following events:
(1) the resignation or termination of a certified officer;
and/or
(2) the transfer of a certified officer to a position
neither requiring certification nor eligible for certification.
(b) The department or facility must notify TJJD's certification
office in writing of the resignation or termination of an individual
who was an authorized user of any TJJD web-based computer application
as soon as possible but no later than one business day after the individual
is separated from employment. Upon receipt of notice, TJJD will remove
the separated employee's user authorization.
