| (a) TJJD completes a JJAEP performance assessment report
as required by the General Appropriations Act (GAA). The report addresses
factors identified by the GAA. TJJD provides each JJAEP administrator
and each chief administrative officer with a copy of the report.
(b) At mandatory JJAEPs (i.e., JJAEPs whose operation
is required by law), the JJAEP administrator must provide a copy of
the report to the juvenile board and to the superintendent of each
school district that participates in the JJAEP.
