| RULE §351.17 | Waivers and Variances |
Unless expressly prohibited by another standard, the juvenile board, chief administrative officer or facility administrator may make an application for waiver and the juvenile board may make an application for variance of any standard or standards adopted by the Commission in accordance with §349.200 of this title. |
