CHAPTER 355NON-SECURE CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES
SUBCHAPTER CPHYSICAL PLANT AND FIRE SAFETY
RULE §355.300External and Perimeter Security

The facility shall be constructed so:

  (1) the general public is denied access without authorization; and

  (2) egress for residents is unimpeded by architectural barriers.
