SUBCHAPTER AACCREDITATION
RULE §651.11Automatic Withdrawal or Suspension of Commission Accreditation

The Commission must automatically withdraw, suspend, or designate as inactive:

  (1) the full Commission accreditation for a laboratory, discipline, or subdiscipline at the date and time that the recognized accrediting body withdraws, suspends, or designates as inactive the laboratory, discipline, or subdiscipline accreditation; or

  (2) the provisional Commission accreditation for a laboratory, discipline, or subdiscipline at the date and time that the recognized accrediting body notifies the Commission that the laboratory has withdrawn its application for the relevant laboratory, discipline, or subdiscipline accreditation.
