SUBCHAPTER ABOARD OF PARDONS AND PAROLES
RULE §141.5Parliamentary Authority
(a) The current edition of Robert's Rules of Order shall govern the conduct of all meetings of the Board except as may be otherwise specified in statutory law or herein.

 (b) All documents evidencing the actions taken by the Board during a meeting shall be authenticated by the Presiding Officer's signature pursuant to Robert's Rules of Order.
