| RULE §297.6 | Response by Officials |
Upon receipt of a notice of noncompliance or an administrative order, the responsible officials shall initiate appropriate corrective measures within the time prescribed by the commission (which shall not exceed 30 days), and shall complete the same within a reasonable time (not to exceed one year) as prescribed by the notice of noncompliance or administrative order. Within 30 days following receipt of the notice of noncompliance or an administrative order, the responsible officials shall report to the commission the corrective measures initiated and/or completed to correct the deficiency(s) set forth in the notice of noncompliance or administrative order. |
