CHAPTER 299VARIANCE PROCEDURE RULES
RULE §299.5Determination/Notice

The commission shall consider each application for variance and shall enter its order granting or denying the application in whole or in part. Notice of the order of the commission shall be mailed or delivered in person to the official(s) named in the application for variance.
