RULE §1.9Effect of Signing of Pleadings, Sanctions

The signatures of parties, representatives, or attorneys shall constitute a certificate as provided in the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 13, and sanctions may be imposed for violations of that rule as provided therein.
