| (a) The Department, the DEA, DPS, and local law enforcement
agencies, along with their representatives and employees, shall be
provided with complete and unrestricted access to all hemp plants,
whether growing or harvested, and all facilities used for the production
and storage of all hemp in all locations where hemp is produced or
handled.
(b) The Department or its representative shall conduct
random inspections of license holders to verify the production and
handling of hemp complies with applicable state and federal law.
(c) During a scheduled sample collection, the producer
or an authorized representative of the producer shall be present at
each lot undergoing sampling and testing.
