| (a) The Corporation shall provide the Department with
a copy of its annual audit within 30 days of the audit's completion,
including any accompanying letters to the Corporation from the auditor.
(b) No later than 45 days after the fiscal year, the
Corporation shall file with the Department an annual report. The annual
report shall include, at a minimum:
(1) a balance sheet of assets, liabilities and fund
equity;
(2) an itemization of income/expenditures;
(3) a statement of management activities carried out
in the year covered by the report, by zone;
(4) information regarding the name and quantity of
pesticides used in the program by zone; and
(5) copies of any resolutions adopted by the board
regarding the suppression program.
