| (a) The facility must return the full balance of the client's personal funds held in the facility to the client or the client's representative immediately upon request if the request is made during normal business hours. For purposes of this subsection, normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on working days, or at the beginning of the next normal business hours if the request is received during hours other than normal business hours. (b) The facility must return the full balance of the client's personal funds that the facility has deposited in any bank account to the client or the client's representative within ten working days of request. This refund must include any interest reported as of the date of the request. |
