CHAPTER 450VETERANS COUNTY SERVICE OFFICERS CERTIFICATE OF TRAINING
RULE §450.5Documentation of Attendance
(a) After the anniversary date, the commission shall provide a certificate of training the following October to officers who earned a minimum number of credit hours during the preceding year.

(b) The commission shall inform each county commissioners court of its officer(s)' compliance with Texas Government Code §434.038.
