| (a) DFPS sends a written report of an investigation
of alleged abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of an adult with
a disability at school, as appropriate, to the State Board for Educator
Certification, the local school board or the school's governing body,
and the school principal or director, unless the principal or director
is the alleged perpetrator. DFPS edits the report to protect the identity
of the reporter.
(b) DFPS sends a copy of the report required by subsection
(a) of this section to the alleged perpetrator upon request.
