| RULE §707.781 | What is the purpose of this division? |
The purpose of this division is to further supplement and clarify the definitions in Texas Family Code §261.001 related to an investigation of abuse, neglect, and exploitation by a person responsible for a child's care, custody, or welfare in a child care operation. |
