| (a) The purpose of this subchapter is to set forth
the rules relating to the One-Stop Service Delivery System as set
forth in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2308; Texas Labor Code, Chapters
301 and 302; and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act §121
(29 United States Code Annotated §3101). It is the intent of
the Commission, in partnership with Local Workforce Development Boards,
to facilitate the development and maintenance of the One-Stop Service
Delivery System such that information and services responsive to individual
needs are available to all customers. The One-Stop Service Delivery
System shall be evaluated against established levels of certification
as well as any additional standards developed by the Commission to
ensure the continuous improvement of the system.
(b) This subchapter shall apply, except that to the
extent of any conflict, the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter
2308, and §802.21 of this title (relating to Board Contracting
Guidelines) and §802.44 of this title (relating to Service Delivery
Waiver Requests) shall govern.
