|(a) Failure to meet or exceed any performance requirements
set by the Commission may result in:
(1) removal of a program from the statewide ETPL, for
a period of time determined by the Agency; or
(2) placement in a temporary performance improvement
plan at the Agency's discretion.
(b) Removal shall occur following the end of the reporting
period or performance improvement plan, as determined by the Agency.
(c) RAPs, including those voluntarily providing performance
information to the Commission, shall be exempt from actions taken
under this section.
