| RULE §12.351 | Purpose |
The purpose of this subchapter is to provide for a state acknowledgment program that allows the department to acknowledge donations for highway-related services such as mowing, litter and debris pick-up, travel services, and maintenance of safety rest areas, Travel Information Centers, and toll gantry facilities. |
