| (a) Mandatory award. The department will award a grant
from the fund to each eligible county that submits a valid application
in accordance with §15.188 of this subchapter (relating to Application
Procedure).
(b) Amount. The department will determine the amount
of the award in accordance with the allocations under §15.185
and §15.186 of this subchapter (relating to Allocation to Counties
and Calculation of Award, respectively) and will pay the amount as
described by §15.192 of this subchapter (relating to Payment
of Money).
