| RULE §21.15 | Employment of Real Estate Appraisers, Technical Experts, and Estimators |
The services of real estate appraisers and technical experts or estimators are obtained by the department on the basis of professional service contracts in accordance with Chapter 9, Subchapter F of this title (relating to Contract Management). |
